Want to lose weight?

- Eat sweets for breakfast!!! YEEESSSSS =)))

There are people who strive for horrors to lose weight: they buy everything in the light version, (that’s me =X ..haha) stop eating sweets. (never.. ever.. !). There’s to suffers a lot with the restrictions. The worst is when the result does not come..

(ops #truestory ..haha). But, you know, these people are doing everything wrong. For those who want to lose weight, science gives a delicious tip: eat sweets for breakfast !!! :) uhuuu :)

A team of Israeli doctors from Tel Aviv University separated 193 obese patients into two groups: one would have to eat a moderate breakfast of 300 calories while the other could consume twice as many calories - straight to a dessert. But at the end of the day everyone would eat the same amount of calories.

Eight months after starting the diet, each participant had already lost 15 pounds. But in the next eight months, the group that ate candy in the morning got better: they LOST over 6.8 pounds, while the others GOT 10 pounds. That is, at the end of the regime, those who ate a dessert early in the day managed to lose more than 20 kilos. Those who left the sweets lost 5 measly pounds.

"Participants on the low-carbohydrate diet had felt less satisfied, as if they were still hungry," says researcher Daniela, Jakubowicz. Unhappy, these folks used to rob the refrigerator and eat treats out of order. The others sated their sweet will and did not mock the diet - and the best time to overdo the fat is really in the morning when the metabolism works faster.

Good news, right??? Let’s eat deserts.. !!!

Who eats chocolate often is thinner.. and happier..

Speaking the truth, you spent your whole life waiting for this news, right? Calm down, scientists are still not recommending that you throw yourself into the bonbons (..but I’m! Haha). But a study from the University of California appeared to at least lessen his guilt. After analyzing diet and body mass index (BMI) of more than 1,000 volunteers, researchers found that people who ate chocolate in moderation but regularly tended to be thinner than those who never ate chocolate at all. =) #chocolatelovers (= ..yes!

The study makes it clear that a lot of tests are still missing for us to understand what actually happens. But it suggests that chocolate contains certain substances that, in moderate doses, can alter the metabolism so that the amount of calories consumed that are turned into fat and end up deposited in their little hands is smaller.

It's already a beautiful relief. "People may feel less guilty about eating chocolate," said Dr. Beatrice Golomb, MD, the study's lead author. "I'm certainly feeling less guilty about telling my patients that chocolate is my favorite vegetable.”

Chocolate is four times more exciting than kissing..

Look, Easter has passed, but when it comes to language, everything indicates that a melting chocolate tablet will continue to wash away with a passionate kiss. British scientists measured the heartbeat and brain activity of couples in their twenties while they ate chocolate and then kissed.

British scientists measured the heartbeat and brain activity of couples in their twenties while they ate chocolate and then kissed. The finding was that chocolate makes the heart beat faster (some went from 60 to 140 beats per minute) and causes a more intense "cheap" that lasts up to four times more than the kiss.

"We already expected chocolate to increase heart rate, since it contains stimulating substances, but the level of that increase, coupled with the powerful effects it had on the brain, none of us predicted," says research leader David Lewis of Mindlab International Institute.

..Ah, that is to say: although women are more famous chocolatiers, the effect was the same for both.

  • Fast food has same effect as supplements after training, study says.

Whey protein, that's nothing! Eating fast food right after practicing exercise can be just as beneficial as eating food supplements. Although it sounds like a joke, the statement is from scientists at the University of Montana in the United States.

In a new study, the researchers found that during the period of muscle recovery after physical activity, the type of food consumed makes no difference.

The work was published in the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism. In the experiments, 11 male athletes were asked to fast for 12 hours, before a resistance training of 90 minutes.

After that, half ate cakes, potatoes and orange juice, followed by hamburgers, fries and soda about two hours later. The other group consumed isotonic, organic peanut butter and caffeine, as well as protein and energy supplements, also two hours later. After both meals, all participants walked 20 kilometers on an exercise bike.

Comparative tests showed that performance remained the same after hours of rest, while glycogen levels - used as fuel by muscles - were slightly higher after volunteers fed fast food instead of supplements during muscle recovery. Also, no differences were found in insulin, glucose and cholesterol rates. No athlete reported stomach discomfort.

"The data indicate that short-term options for initiating glycogen resynthesis (following physical activity) may include foods that are not normally marketed as sports nutrition products, such as fast food," the researchers wrote in the article.

However, the scientists admitted that the experiment was performed with a relatively small sample of volunteers, and the long-term effects of fast food intake on muscle recovery are not known. The information is from the site of the British newspaper Daily Mail.

  • Now great news for alcohol lovers..

Researchers Say Three Glasses of Champagne a Day Can Help Prevent Dementia and Alzheimer’s!!! (#champagneproblems)

In what might be the best piece of medical news ever revealed, a new study from Reading University found drinking three glasses of Champagne every day can help prevent dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Yes, that’s the sound of people everywhere popping bottles!!! Uhuuu =)

Apparently, a compound called phenolics—which is found in high levels in red grapes Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier—is thought to slow memory loss, keep brain diseases at bay and increase spatial memory. Both of these are used, along with white Chardonnay grapes, to make Champagne.

Earlier research from the university also found that two glasses of Champagne daily could improve heart health, circulation, and “reduce the risks of suffering from cardiovascular disease and stroke.

#eatdrinklove =) yesss.. #behappy =)

Drinking 1-3 glasses of champagne each week can boost brain health.

And also one bottle of champagne per week can protect your brain from dementia and prevent memory loss.

The study, which was conducted on rodents, found that phenolic compounds in champagne improved spatial memory, which records information about the environment and then stores the information for future needs.

Researchers attribute the brain boosting benefits of champagne to phenolic compounds found in the two red grape types used to produce the alcohol. Red wine has been shown to have similar brain boosting benefits but those are thought to come from flavonoids in the wine. University of Reading Professor Jeremy Spencer notes the difference stating, that champagne:

“…Which lacks flavonoids, is also capable of influencing brain function through the actions of smaller phenolic compounds, previously thought to lack biological activity.”

A Cautious Approach to Alzheimer’s Prevention:

While champagne and other types of alcohol may have brain boosting benefits, doctors and researchers are hesitant to use them as an Alzheimer’s preventative.

Spencer cautions, “We encourage a responsible approach to alcohol consumption and our results suggest that a very low intake of one to two glasses a week can be effective.”

Additionally, it is important to note that the study was not done on humans and so the effects of champagne consumption on human brain health is still largely unknown.

*England’s National Health Service recently issued a statement stating that there is:

“No hard evidence champagne can prevent dementia.”
