I consider myself one of a kind type of person.. talking about ups and downs.. well.. body terms.. I'm almost expert .. haha !

First thing everybody should realize it is obesity is a illness and there isn't a cure for that… your brain is always gonna “think-fat” no matter what.. thats usually sabotages you… sucks i know! Haha

Well i gain a super “shamu" weight when i was 18.. yep 30kgs up… and before that i used to weight 58kgs.. yes! thats sad, worse party is that i never ever again got that weight.. ! haha

I put it a “system” inside my body to stop monthly periods.. it is called Implanon, well 5% of the luckies ones that used get fatter and fatter… ME.. of course..

Im always the type of girl that just thinking about food.. almost magically.. I'm already fatter! haha

Well right there I had to start a terrible battle against weight.. and its forever!

Most people don't realize that…. Thats why after a nice try of losing weight they get all that weight back over and over again…..

Lets make a resume of the story .. I had to wait 1 long year… fat and fluffy … to fix the hormones and blabla… after that i got 4 gastro ballons, 3 lipos, and dieting foreeeever! ..but my lovely 58kgs were just there long gone! Sad! haha

Lots of endocrinologists and different diets… trainers and everything!

Until i found my doctor… love of my life.. (thats a joke) with his system i got on track.. plus i fell in love for crossfit too.. what did helped… and I'm a lazy person… believe it !!! Yes… haha

His treatment its not allowed in most of the countries like USA .. but in brazil and europe its allowed!

Victoza: yes best thing ever.. treats diabetes type 2.. but as most of people doesn't know treats obesity too…. Perfect!

As seem on tv.. they as they tell you “you might loose some weight..” thats true!

Invokona: another treatment that works perfect.. basically everything bad leaves your body on your pii… when i tell you “everything bad” i mean all the sugar and fat. Perfect! Its approved as well in some countries!!! not USA!

Sibutramine and topiramato.. sure they are not available without a prescription but…. Works perfect forever!!!

Chromium 1000 mag: great news people.. you can order from Walmart! Yeahhh.. this on helps to destroy the fattest parts of the body.. like belly!

Garcinia: another perfect miraculous thing for you to loose weight!

Now, personal tips:

Always drink a green tea first thing in the morning… or a coconut water (fresh from the coconut) because helps to destroy belly fat… the last and my worst favorite but some people love it.. hot water with a green lime..ught…

My favorite pre training its FIREBALL FOR HER.. yeahhh amazon for that one!

Before bed.. 6 days a week one glass of destilated water.. helps clean your body….. super! and easy one!

Its the best! you will feel like omg i wanna run forever..

TIP from the best plastic surgeon ever (RIP DR JAIRO) that tip its just for women/girls: here we go…. never ever run!

Woman that run gets fluffy and we don't wanna be fluffy we wanna be sexy and firm everywhere…… yes! other bad thing from running: boobs think with physics yesss they end it up going down!

Run makes you older.. and give you knew problems… also heart problems!

but up to you… just do it! Haha

Well know I'm happy with my weight and I will alway post interviews with famous professionals.. as doctors.. athletes.. and a little bit of everything!

But Dr Daniel Vicaria he was the responsible for my super new life and body!

After all that.. best diet ever (as i told you guys.. i did tried all) so the best one its the proteins diet… as its not nice but start with 750cal/day… theres apps for that little help (myfitnesspal its my favorite)… for 1 week: no carbs, no alcohol and no sugar! Come on girls its for 1 week! Easy (not really.. terrible buuuut…. )

oh yes grab a picture of your girl crush and boy crush… put it on the fridge door!

its a remender “lettuce = bikini / pasta = shamu body” and we all wanna rock bikini pictures on the beach! hahaha

do as much as cardios exercises as you can.. at least 45min/day !!!

and don't be sad.. everybody can have a cheat day! (happy fat day)

Happy people don't exercise and eat… so be happy too! But don't sabotage yourself.. the pleasure its mouth-stomach after that all fat! hahaha
